Of essential importance to the history and development of the Writers’ Studio are (1) our initial FYC Redesign proposal (2) the updated proposal submitted by an implementation team four months later (3) and the syllabus for our online first-year composition course. These primary documents allow readers to grasp the evolution of the Writers’ Studio as it was being conceptualized by various stakeholders across the university. Unique to the program was also the design of the Course Manager and Course Coordinator positions; (4) the job advertisement is also included in the primary documents collection.
