Consultants complete a pre- and post-survey each year to measure what they gain by working in the center. These surveys have been important to our center in a variety of ways, and so I have included the post-survey the online companion of primary documents. Consultants’ evaluations of their comfort with various aspects of the consultation and the effect of writing consultation on their own writing help determine topics for future training.
